Terms of Purchase

The laws of England shall govern the contract formed by our acceptance of your order and the English Law will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract.
The Following conditions are to ensure our customers understand our responsibilities and your rights as Davina customers. Please read these terms and conditions before placing your order. We also advise you to keep a copy for your future reference.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time. Please note it is possible that some information may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, however we strive to ensure all information posted on our Website is as correct as possible. Every effort is made to ensure all information such as prices are correct at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to the dispatch of your goods we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or canceling your order.
By purchasing items on this Website a contract is formed and confirmed via email to the address you have given us. Images and descriptions or any other information contained in this Website are for general information and guidance. There may be minor variations in the images, which we are unable to control.
All payments are taken in pound Sterling. All goods will be delivered to the address you have entered on the payment form and will be delivered within 3-5 working days of your order being accepted. All orders are primarily accepted subject to availability of the goods. If there are any problems with processing your order we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation. As a consumer you have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to us by hand, fax, post or email, giving details of the goods ordered and your details. You must then return the goods to us at your own cost in the same condition as your received the goods. Whilst in your possession and during return transit the items are your responsibility. We will refund or exchange the items within 30 days after we receive the return goods.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the goods or have a complaint about them please contact our customer service team to explain the issue (details on contact page). We are under no liability in respect of defect in the goods caused by fair wear and tear, negligence, abnormal usage in abnormal conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of goods without our approval.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred. Please ensure you repackage your return appropriately to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and shipping of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately. If you would like to arrange an exchange, please print an exchange form.
